CFO is consultant to the Eynsham Neighbourhood Plan. This includes advising on stewardship strategies to underpin a holistic solution/s encompassing both Salt Cross Garden Village and West Eynsham SDA. We have developed bespoke stewardship rationale and policies for the NP, while undertaking workshops with the Parish Council regarding stewardship options and formulating a roadmap to explore and build interest in the wider community. We are also supporting the PC in engaging with West Oxfordshire District Council and site developers in order to progress a collective solution (including drafting a S106 Heads of Terms).
