DAVID ALCOCK
David Alcock is Head of Social Business at law firm Anthony Collins Solicitors, where he leads the firm’s work with enterprises with a social purpose. Anthony Collins has been involved in developing stewardship solutions since the early 1990s, when they were involved in setting up innovative community asset backed vehicles including the award winning Witton Lodge Community Association in Birmingham. Since then the firm has been involved in developing stewardship models with developers, local authorities, and communities. David and his team advise on governance structures, planning issues, service charges and all the legal issues involved with stewardship. He leads on this work for the firm, including recent commissions for Peabody, Chelmsford City Council, and others.
